WMagazine Covers Mila Kunis from “The Black Swan”

The Magnificent Mila Kunis stunned us all with her portrayal as the rebellious ballerina in “Black Swan”.  Her ability as a seductress, to tempt the seemingly untemptable was formidable.  I found her character to be a compelling force in the film.  She brought an electric energy that was essential in a story based in shades of grey.  Without her unrelenting nature to fulfill her desires, this beautiful tragedy would have been missing layers of passions.

I am still getting over the utter brilliance of the Black Swan and the performances of Natalie Portman and Milan Kunis.  She brought so much energy and life to a film that’s central themes were based in a kind of life-less darkness.  I was completely drawn to her character, and in this glorious image from WMagazine I am completely drawn to the essence of her.

I created this collage as an homage to how I saw the complexity and depth of her performance, as well as, the mystery that both of them emanate.  True artistry makes you question and forces you out of your comfort zone.  And Mila Kunis is definitely worth that trip.  I think I see a future Girl Crush contender.
