Joe Zee Gives us a “Room with a View”

One of my personal heroes Joe Zee – Creative Director of Elle Magazine – has given us a Room With a View.  In his amazing article “Flying Colors” currently up on Elle.com, he has managed to give us the freshest and most personal look at Spring’s hottest trends by taking us around the world on a guided tour of fashion & inspiration. 

With a masterful eye, he has found the trends of Spring alive and well from Buenes Aires to Berlin hidden in the architecture of buildings and the graffiti on city walls.  Gathering the snapshots of his mind, he has compiled gorgeous images of these various treasures into one fabulous reference point for this Season’s beautiful colors/textures/shapes.

Joe Zee we applaud you for actually giving us something authentic to contemplate – and something real of yourself.  I loved reading about your dream to be a flight attendant – it makes “Joe Zee” the legend a little closer to mortal status.  This article should be required reading for anyone who claims to love fashion.  It’s truly a feast for the eyes.
