Eyebrow Obsessed

I don’t think there is a way that you can over-play the Eyebrow’s importance to the Face.  Everything begins and ends with the Brows.  The Eyebrows dictate how your face is going to be perceived.  If you aren’t taking advantage of the endless benefits the correct Brow – Shape and Definition – can provide, you are missing a word of opportunity.  An amazing Brow-Job can almost be a spiritual experience.  I call it the Insta-lift and there’s nothing like it.  Your brows pop right up and take your lids with ’em.  It’s almost orgasmic, it really feels like the entire shape of your face changes and you get a small reprieve from the cruel hands of time.

This Season the most amazing Brows were seen on the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2011 Runway.  They were dynamic and defined, but still natural with a hint of savage-chic.  It was all about not fighting the hands of nature.  Allowing thicker-stronger brows to come-thru while still guiding the out-come by filling in with a shade 1-2 tones darker than your natural color.  To get the Gaultier look… Keep the eyes simple with a luscious sable color washed over the entire lid, while taking it darker into the crease.  When the entire face is done in various shades of Nude/Sable/Taupe – topped of with jet-black mascara and fabulous eyebrows – the result is Eye-Popping Perfection like the images above.
