Alexander McQueen’s Art/Genius Celebrated

This week’s Metropolitan Museum’s Costume Institute Gala honored the late Alexander Mcqueen and his lifetime of design excellence.  To celebrate the visual mastery of his work, the “Savage Beauty” exhibition will be showing at the Met through May.  The above images give you a taste of the extent McQueen would go to stimulate and inspire.  A genius willing to fight for the love of his art, allowing for a spiritual awakening to erupt through each piece and infect the audience with hope.
