Mixing Fall’s Boldest-Prints Aint’ for the Style-Shy

These aint’ no “Marsha Brady” Prints, these are the bold-new prints of the “Fashion-Future.”  I’m Completely Obsessed With the mix/match of it all right now.  It’s a fashion “free-for-all”, with endless patterns/prints/fabrics/textures all intermixing in a way that’s never been seen.  In these amazing images for the latest issue of How to Spend it Magazine, Charlotte T shows us the very cutting-edge looks from Fall’s most fabulous paired-prints by Dolce & Gabanna, Prada, Jil Sander, and Hermes in, “The Clashes Greatest Hits” (images via fashiongonerogue).   The only rule this Season is that there are no rules.  This is a game of Pure-Instinct, it’s not for the amateurs, it’s for the hard-core style-lovers that innately know when to match an animal print with a bold stripe pant.  There is something truly thrilling about what is happening right now with prints.  It’s all about taking huge chances, the greater the risk the greater the reward.  And if that doesn’t work, sometimes it just comes down to the fact that the look is just So Wrong it’s Right.  But either way, it can create a serious “fashion-moment” when done right.
