Hiding in ‘Beautiful Color,’ Fall’s makeup trends are in cosmetic camouflage for Fashion Gone Rogue. Long used for hunting, religious and military reasons, Mikael Schulz crosses the artistic divide with his modern take on the historical practice of face/body painting. Ellinore Erichsen is transformed into a human palette with Viktoria Sörensdotter’s wild combination of creams, powders and paint. Traditional beauty looks including, black-winged eyes and bold red lips, are set-off by a fury of bright colors made to look like authentic paint strokes.
