Traveling to the furthest reaches of my imagination there I find the happy hallucinations of ‘Crystal Cabinet’ by Nikolay Biryukov for 1Granary Magazine. Giving new meaning to the phrase high concept couture, here stunning crystal sculptures hang around the neck like so much body art. Shot for the student winner of the CSM Swarovski Jewelry Project 2013, Sarah Peach Dyne Naric took the top prize for her captivating crystal series using the creative theme of futuristic fantasy. Edward Charles Düepne stars in this magical mix of dreamy sequences marked by the avant-garde addition of a fluffy, white bunny. Esoteric, ethereal imagery ignited by the purity of passion, in this piece we feel the energy of youth and vitality pulling us out of our creative coma.
