Emma Summerton brings “Beauty” back into focus in this vintage inspired cover-story for the November 2013 Vogue Italia Beauty Supplement Issue. Giving us her take on retro-modern beauty, Summerton captures a series of neo-classical shots done in 40’s filmic style. The diva returns. Taking inspiration from a variety of eras Patti Wilson ensembles a series of (unapologetically) extravagant styles, with looks that range from 40’s film star to Mad-Men chic. Remembering when glamour was all about projecting the illusion of perfection, Mathias Van Hooff puts his best “face(s)” forward with makeup marked by outta’ this world eyebrows arched to with an inch of their lives, and bold colored pouts painted with precision.
