Once upon a time there lived a dark, ethereal beauty who’s only dream was to make it to the pages of a high fashion magazine. Magda Laguinge goes on a Couture Adventure in ‘Secret Shore’ by Jumbo Tsui for the December 2013 issue of Harper’s Bazaar China. Lost in the lore of Haute Couture, Tsui creates his own version of a forest fairy-tale, using the fantasy of high fashion as inspiration. An enchanted place where mythical creatures run free and the powers that surround are the powers that be. It is here where, if you are pure of heart, the sartorial magic will make all your wishes come true. An inspired vision of drama and design, (Stylist) Shuo Yuan Hasegawa captures the imagination with a stunning selection of styles that speak to the art of escapism. By taking conceptual elements from traditional folklore and mixing it with modern day effects, this story creates the illusion of authenticity.
