Georgia May Jagger in ‘Beauty’ by Daniel Sannwald for Garage Magazine, Fall/Winter 2014

Georgia May Jagger faces the future in ‘Beauty’ by Daniel Sannwald for Garage Magazine, Fall/Winter 2014-15. Shining us on with special effects, (Stylist) Charlotte Stockdale stakes her claim on the art of avant-garde fashion. Sannwald takes us to another dimension by using the features as an expression of fantasy. An evocative look at the concept of close-up, by using the mouth as a vase of opportunity, each item appears to be coming out of an open orifice. Makeup Artist, Val Garland, creates a modern metamorphosis of mutation with vibrant colors and blown-out brows. From eye expulsions to crawling ants, this phenom of facial enticement gives rise to the photo-shopped version of raw images. Real or illusion, altered visions provide a powerful look at the Beauty of human nature. Tears Turn Golden, as we experience the revelation of color enhancement.

 the colors of close

I laugh…

I cry…

I wait…

I sigh…

for a falling star,

a spinning tree

will turn to me

like beauty from afar,

I’ll seek the sunshine

wait for rain

til’ my tears run dry,

I’ll never tell

a pining tale

that won’t make me cry,

I’ll soar on high

like birds that fly

far from up above,

I’ll run away

and find a day

to try my chance at love.
