Amanda Wellsh finds her spirit in ‘Where the Sidewalk Ends’ by Julia Noni for Muse Magazine. A powerful piece that takes us through the dark and stormy shadows of the city streets. Stylist, Beth Fenton goes monochromatic with thrilling fashions that embrace the art of neo-classic dressing. Stoic beauty speaks, as (Makeup Artist) Sil Bruinsma captures our attention with wistful waves of intoxicating allure. Hiding her face, each image invites us into the frame while daring us to keep away. I stand and speak, call your name, as the hollow ears of ecstasy reply. Hairstylist, Kevin Ryan, goes simple and straight with a long dew that shines with sophistication.
Find Your Way…
I stand and speak,
call you name,
as hollow ears
of ecstasy reply,
art erupts,
time erodes,
as the brooding beauty
of silence explodes,
the face of pain
will show itself
with subtle shades of gray,
I’ll get on my knees
and beg for help
as I settle down to pray,
daring to come,
yet destined to go,
up the sidewalk of
my aching soul,
you’ll long for sun
yet settle for rain
as tomorrow’s tears
slowly float away.
