Lindsey Wixson peeks through the looking glass in ‘Square Cut & Pear Cut’ by Donna Trope for 10 Magazine, Fall/Winter 2015. A dizzying mix of decadence and desire, get caught in one of the most intoxicating editorials of the season. Stylist, Sophia Neophitou, lets skin speak with accouterments in the form of Bulgari, Chopard, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Piaget, Repossi, Tiffany & Co. & Van Cleep & Arpels. Unique adornments capture our imagination with looks that are delicate in their demeanor yet defiant in their presence. Lindsey lets the crisp stones crawl over her body with cool diamonds set against the softness of her skin. The art of modern makeup takes hold as Ralph Siciliano invites us deeper into the fold. The power of each piece is held in it’s star-crossed presence, from an amethyst pendent to a blooming set of floral rings. Lindsey had a little lamb her teeth as white as snow, and everywhere that Lindsey went the lamb was sure to go. In her mouth it lay so sweet poetically perched and deep with sleep, between the lips forever will be its home to live in harmony. It sparkled here and sparkled there, just as it would do, sleeping on a pillowed mouth a diamond dream came true. Deep red projects over the pout as the lamb teeters between the teeth. Like a multi-colored marble her eyes illuminate shifting from light-blue to neo-green. Mirrored shades of silver cast across the lids leaving a hypnotic heliotrope to lye within its wake. Swept up in the soft shades of late Summer, skin is lightly kissed by a tender touch of the sun. Golden locks fall down her back as the sweep of her curls match the twinkle in her eyes. Hairstylist, Akki Shirakawa, lets the lox swing loosely waving in opposition to the sparkling set of gorgeous gems. Through the looking glass of tomorrow Donna dares to seek the truth of today. Revamped and ready to go, enjoy the exquisite accessories in ‘What’s New Pussycat?’ Fall’s New 10 Magazine.
