Ingrid Behague & Bianca Rentzke are birds of a feather in “Swan Lake” by Nicolas Guerin for Peplvm. Tome I, The Opening Issue, illuminates the page portraying a “Vision of Poetic Fashion”. Borrowing from the ancient era, this unique story celebrates the Age of Antiquity. Rupture, by Ludovic Winterstan, captures the eloquent ferocity of Printemps Couture, SS 2016. Julien Mazzoli steps inside the haus of haute couture, exposing us to a rich collection of high art. Communication is crafted thru the language of the body, as one-of-a-kind pieces project true passion. Each exquisite design discovers the ferocity of the female spirit, letting blood-red lipstick bleed outside the lines, artfully moving to hands below. Dueling beauty beckons forth asking (Makeup Artist) Celia Beaumatin to show both sides. Opposites attract, as good versus evil tells a tall tale, allowing us to imagine another world. Daring to divide and conquer the mutiny of modernity is met – as we find ourselves moving from black to white – all things go grey in the dead of the night. Angelic rapture rises forth, as snowy features take over every inch of the face. A story as old as time, Ingrid’s icy skin comes from up above as otherworldly energy erupts. Bianca’s big, brown eyes make the dark that much more devious, while a smattering of freckles give the illusion of innocence. Robin creates curls that cascade down the back, with hair that’s diametrical opposed yet oddly related. A sanguine sigh says a deep goodbye, as crystals fade fast, falling down the front of the dress. Crashing in a crimson crush, carmine colored strings move off into infinite.
